an exercise program which suits you. At the Sheraton Fitness we have made it our goal to create
a wide range of aerobic pursuits – so that anyone can pick a formula that matches their style.
Apart from classical forms of exertion like TBC (Total Body Condition), Step or circuit training
you will also find Yoga and Pilates – Body and Mind sessions - which soothe the emotions
through exercise.

Power Cycling has an dynamic influence on your physical fitness.
For those who are mad about skiing we offer professional „Dry Training“. Our special
program – Ski Conditioning – enables you to strengthen those muscle groups which work
the hardest when you are skiing. Our instructors guarantee that, as far as your physical
condition is concerned, you will be fully prepared to meet the challenges of the most demanding slopes.
