Modern running and cycling machines as well as steppers and elliptical machines are at your disposal. All equipment is furnished with LCD monitors which allow you to watch your favourite TV programs whilst covering kilometres.
Our superbly equipped cardio section allows you to do fitness training at the highest level. Modern exercise machines which shape physical efficiency enable you to choose those parameters of effort which will have the optimal effect on your physical condition.
However, if you prefer to work on your figure, then we suggest exercising with weights. Thanks to our special machines you will be able to shape specific muscle groups and, in effect, sculpt the figure you dream about.
Individual Training
Individual training enables you to spend 100% of your time on solid work under the watchful eye of qualified instructors. We will prepare an individual training plan especially for you, taking into account your needs and abilities. The first session is preceded by an interview during which we collect information so that we can compose a detailed training plan for you. We always concentrate on those aspects that are priorities for those in our care.
Every well-planned training session should comprise of 3 elements:
- Cardio – exercises which strengthen the work of the cardiovascular system (aerobic training)
- Figure shaping – exercises using equipment, covering particular muscle groups
- Stretching – stretching exercises to improve the elasticity of joints and muscles, thus reducing the risk of injury.
We will keep watch over your progress and continually motivate you to further success.
